Hubs wanted one of his favorites, picadillo. A Cuban beef hash over rice. Sliced tomato and avocado with lime on the side.

It's only 60 here. Where the hell is summer? Anyway I am making hubby bone in thighs in the oven and hash brown patties. I am having cereal. Not too hungry today.

Yikes, my daughter in Ohio said it was 56 yesterday. Crazy.
Anyway, tonight is pork tenderloin with garlic, roasted potatoes and creamed spinach.

My vegan son has returned to college - he's an RA and needs to work in Summer.

SO - since he is gone we are enjoying grilled salmon steaks, rice and pine nut pilaf, asparagus tips with Hollandaise sauce and grilled corn on the cob with herb butter.

It was 65 here in my part of Ohio.

I miss him . :-(
I don't empty nest very well.

Perhaps it's time to adopt some grand children...?

It's macaroni and gravy, the gravy cooked with boneless pork for flavor and the taste. The pork is so tender and tasty. Happy dinner all!

I'm available! I might be older than you are, but I'm very short.
