Tonight (Monday) I made angel hair pasta with spaghetti sauce. I used Bertolli Olive Oil and Garlic pasta sauce.

We will have chicken thighs, fresh greens (now on my "I like you" list) and sliced tomatoes with cottage cheese. I might throw some rice on as well, I am not sure about that.

It's Taco Tuesday in our house. I made a big batch of shredded beef awhile ago for tacos, burritos, etc. I pulled some out the freezer this morning. Ok this where it gets a little weird, don't judge me!. I will serve with pea shoots and raw fennel. It's what my kooky kids like. I will go a more traditional root of jalapeno slices, diced onions, sour cream and hot sauce.

Spaghetti bolognese. Lots of garlic, lots of parmesan.

I'll add quite a lot of red wine to the sauce as well, makes it taste so much nicer!

We really need to get to the market today and if we do get to the market we will be having grilled hamburgers, boiled potatoes, green beans and jello for dessert.
