My vegan son has returned to college - he's an RA and needs to work in Summer.
SO - since he is gone we are enjoying grilled salmon steaks, rice and pine nut pilaf, asparagus tips with Hollandaise sauce and grilled corn on the cob with herb butter.
It was 65 here in my part of Ohio.
I miss him . :-(
I don't empty nest very well.
Perhaps it's time to adopt some grand children...?
I know the feeling. When my baby went off to college, I consoled myself by walking past his bedroom and it was always tidy, and smelled good.
