Grilled two rainbow trout I caught today, along with fresh Colorado wild asparagus I picked yesterday, some brown rice and a dinner roll. Sweet tea to drink, and dessert was vanilla ice cream topped with warm fudge sauce. Yeah well the trout were healthy!
Monday evening I'm changing things up a bit and grilling bone in rib eye steaks, with grilled corn on the cob, bbq beans, garlic bread on the grill and baked potato. Peach sorbet for dessert with sweet tea. It's sunny supposed to get to 80 degrees to day and the evenings are pleasant and long. Going to dine on the patio.
Take that neighbors! Oh wait, I don't have any.
