chicken sausage with Thai seasonings, zukes, onions & orange bells stir fried up with some red curry paste & coconut milk, served over rice noodles and peanuts & fresh chopped cilantro sprinkled on top. Don't know what to call it, but it was pretty dang tasty. Local strawberries with whipped cream for dessert.
