chicken sausage with Thai seasonings, zukes, onions & orange bells stir fried up with some red curry paste & coconut milk, served over rice noodles and peanuts & fresh chopped cilantro sprinkled on top. Don't know what to call it, but it was pretty dang tasty. Local strawberries with whipped cream for dessert.
Late night of errands so we are heading to our new usual Monday thing, Japanese sushi. We found a great little place next to where we have to go. Sashimi-SOOO GOOOD!
Turns out they forgot to tell us the Summer schedule is now in effect...so back home and had bacon alfredo over pasta with garlic bread. With all the rain and tiring weekend, we wanted something creamy and comforting. Nom Nom
