Pasta tonight ... hadn't had it in quite a while. Rotini whole-wheat-blend spiral pasta with spinach & cheese sauce (from a bottle -- too lazy to make my own, and plus, this kind is one of my favorites! ) with added peppers, onions, mushrooms, and tiny pieces of pork (had to use it up before it went bad). The sauce was wonderful & thick!

Oh, with cheesy bread from, dare I admit it, Wal-Mart. What can I say, it's yummy!

didn't feel like cooking, so ordered in Vietnamese: imperial rolls, crispy sweet potato & shrimp cakes, chicken curry, and grilled pork skewers with jasmine rice

Ahhh! Cereal (Special K) with bananas and strawberries. I am so tired (lazy?) tonight but this hits the spot.

Bon appétit kids.

I baked a ham and cooked a pot of green beans for a neighbor who had a death in their family, so. I saved a little back for our dinner.
