I had Nutrisystem chicken bacon ranch pizza and spinach salad. As per my DD request, I made Mince (which I use 2 lbs hamburger and put in a large pot. Cover with boiling water from tea pot, breaking up meat as you go. Add 2 beef bullion cubes dissolved. Add cut up potatoes, carrots and onion. Cook until vegetables are cooked. Let cool and refrigerate over night. Scoop off fat before heating and serve. You can also make this with just the meat and carrots adding bid to to thicken. Serve with mashed potatoes. My parents made this when we were kids. It's Scottish. Oh and my DD is moving in with the BF in 10 days so I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Today is another hectic day. When will it stop? As well as lots of early morning errands and pet sitting we have one of our little great granddaughters birthday party. I am sure there will be lots of food so dinner might be anything or nothing. Tomorrow we get back on schedule I think.
Tonight ready made German cheese pancakes with green and red chili rolled up with green olives and red onion rings and served with sour creme ,a red radish salad and a cold beer or two. Later a slice of apple cake and a glass of mulled red wine (Glühwein)
Rosemary and garlic roasted leg of lamb (Emeril Lagasse recipe) Spaghetti with garlic and oil. I don't eat lamb but my mom and husband do. I am visiting her tomorrow and will give her some. BTW I paid $2.99 a pound which I thought was a good price.
Leftover roast chicken from last night, mashed potatoes.
