Spatchcocked a turkey Friday, rubbed it all down with butter and spices and put it on the grill Saturday. First time spatchcocking and first time grilling a turkey. Came out very good. Will do again. Turkey sandwiches with some side salads tonight.

I had a nice, healthy salad. (I'm having them almost every day but never get bored of them, as long as I change around the ingredients).

Making sloppy joes from scratch, serving them on Martin's potato rolls. I am a freak for Martin's rolls.
Also making a small salad from the garden to go with the sandwiches.

Philly gourmet cheese steaks (frozen) Had them before and they were pretty good and it's a quick cooking meal, sautéing some onions with it as well. (no bread)and having a tossed salad with olives, chick peas, croutons and shredded cheese. I forgot I had these in the freezer bought them 2 months ago.
