Snowchaser, besides the crumbled blue cheese...
Have you ever tried French Dressing along with Bleu Cheese Dressing, on a lettuce salad.
The crumbled blue cheese, and both dressings taste great on a lettuce salad.
It's one of my favorite ways to eat a lettuce salad.

Praline, the Onion Meatball Bombs sound delish! Let us know how they turn out, as I am curious!

Sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, lots of garlic atop Quinoa with a poached egg on top. Now this is my style of gourmet!!! Oil used is coconut. Yummy.

Zucchini patties made from fresh zucchinis out of my neighbors garden, steamed fresh green beans also from her garden, baked pork chops.

Ooh! You'll have to let us know how that is. If it comes out good, I'll make DH try it while I'm still gimpy.

We're having Freschetta frozen pizza tonight.

Tonight we cut a broiler chicken in half and marinated it in lemon, garlic, chili powder and olive oil. Slapped it into the oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes. It came out crispy, tangy and full of garlic. Mexican street corn and a glass of sauvignon blanc. Life is good.
