I made up a "Club" Salad yesterday with some of the leftover grilled turkey. Came out great!

Cooked up some bowtie pasta. Added:

diced turkey
diced celery
diced green onions
diced tomato
diced crisp bacon
sliced black olives
Just a little mayo, a couple of splashes of apple cider vinegar, fresh ground pepper, seasoning salt

Man, it came out good!

They turned out really great and since a couple of people asked me about them, I posted the recipe in the Recipes section. They were good, just a little greasy.

As to Banquet frozen fried chicken, I offered to just buy him a salt lick (they're cheaper), but he insisted it have some semblance of "meat". He did eat about half the cake afterwards though, so I consider it having soaked up all that sodium. I keep trying to convince him that that bright red color and the vein that keeps popping out of his forehead when he gets upset is NOT a good look for him, but he figures blood pressure, smood pressure. He doesn't have time for that fancy medical jargon. And pass the salt.
