Making the Goan coconut chicken curry I was supposed to make last week. I am throwing in some squash. We grew cousa squash this year and we are about to be over run by them!
Happy Tuesday!

Not at all. How To Spatchock A Turkey | Weber.com

Husband and his, construction, crew have had quite a barrel of laughs with "spatchcocking" the past few days. He had to take the tutorial to work to show them he didn't make it up. Like little kids discovering a curse word for the first time. Boys never really grow up, do they? LOL

Using the last of the kohlrabi from our garden, so I'm going to make Kohlrabi Soup.

I'm reheating some Spring Rolls in the toaster oven.

Probably have some Heavenly Hash Ice Cream for dessert.

TGIF is having a special. Slab of Jack Daniels ribs for 10.00. I'm in! I'll have whatever sides they're offering. Puppy training does not leave much time for cooking, but I love it! Stay cool everybody!!!
