Chinese food from my favorite hole-in-the-wall, which was fried rice with barbecued pork and black pepper chicken. Iced tea to drink.

Chunk light tuna mixed with light mayonnaise and then mixed into leftover yellow rice mixed with peas and a glass of cranberry juice.

No peanuts, and a squeeze of lemongrass paste added to the dressing.

Today is leftover meatloaf and leftover roasted parsnips, with a greek yogurt for dessert.
