Today's Lunch - Part 5

I'm wishing for a lunch of hot and spicy Chinese but most likely going to have a ham sandwich with jalapeno chips on it if my better half comes home empty handed...

Cooked up some pigs in a blanket. Used some Earl Campbell Brats, wrapped with some grandes biscuits.

Quick, easy, and filling! Lol

Heading out to my favorite taqueria for carne asada tacos and carnitas tacos.

A roast beef with veggie sandwich with potato salad.

Japanese pancake with onions, red bell pepper, and cabbage, topped with sriracha and honey mustard.

3 cans of sardines.

A bowl of Vietnamese beef brisket noodle soup (pho) with spring rolls.

We have some leftover chicken teriyaki, so we will use that up, & also have some coleslaw & fresh fruits.

Leftover chili and leftover potato salad. It's all gone now.
