I just place it on non stick foil and bake it in the oven at 400 degrees. You have to watch it closely if it's thin crust because it warms up really fast at that temperature.

Ah pizza. The good old days. I've been eating only veggies and meat for two weeks now. I'd kill for a pizza right now.

Either in the over or cold. Usually cold. Can't stand microwaved pizza.

Depends on where it's from for us. My favorite veggie pizza is best cold. A couple of other places are better warmed up in the oven on a piece of foil.

While I prefer the oven method, I've found that sprinkling a little water on top and then popping into the microwave for 1-2 minutes (depending on your microwave) is nearly as good. And its a lot quicker!

In the oven on a preheated cast iron baking dish, 375, usually 12-15 minutes for two not-very-large slices.

Isn't it horribly wasteful to heat up a whole oven just to warm up a piece of pizza? Micro, stovetop, or toaster oven.

Usually in the oven on the pizza stone - but will try the cast iron skillet type next time.
