Just about nothing I am guessing. We are going to run errands most of the day and stop for a very late lunch at our new Japanese buffet which we have heard is fantastic even from non buffet lovers like our daughter and son in law. If we have anything it will be a juice bar or maybe 1/2 sandwich.

I am thinking sausage links, scrambled eggs, and toast.

I think caprese salad too, since it's still tomato season, but does that go with breakfast for dinner?

SO asked for chicken salad. The second time in two weeks! Chicken, grapes, celery, curry, greek yoghurt, sour cream. Toasted Baguette, green salad. He planted it - he shall eat it:>)
Despite of SO's "no sweets" I will make vanilla pudding. Tiny 1/2 cup helpings (canning jars with screw lids are great for that) with a bit of honey and walnuts.

I pulled some meatballs and red sauce out of the freezer. I am going to turn that into meatball subs, toasted with tons of gooey mozzarella. I think it will be banana milk to drink.

I have taco meat leftover, so I will heat that, and make tacos. I have a perfectly ripe avocado and some jalapenos to use, so probably some guac, too.

Does this ever happen to you -- you do all this cooking and then, when it's all ready, you don't want it? Yeah, me too.

I'm back to work tomorrow after 10 days off (I moved), and my kitchen counter and sink and faucet are being replaced on Monday afternoon. The plumber can't come disconnect the kitchen plumbing on Monday morning, so he's coming tomorrow (Friday) afternoon. So I planned ahead -- I'm OCD organized sometimes -- and made Karen_in_NH's beef/onion/mushroom/potato yumminess in the crockpot and I also made a huge Pyrex of enchiladas. All ready! Don't want either of them now!

Well, at least I won't have to concern myself about cooking (and having to clean the dishes, pots, etc. in the bathroom!) over the next three days. I'm all set for when I *do* get hungry for it.
