I'm making the pork and sauerkraut that I almost made yesterday, but instead of potatoes, I made my first try at spatzle.
The only thing I could find to form it was my cooling rack. They are cosmetically challenged, but hope they'll taste ok.

Went food shopping and I found this homemade pizza with smoked sausage, bacon, and pulled pork, BBQ sauce and Wisconsin cheddar. It was yummy!

We're taking this eat healthy thing very seriously, so Velveeta Shells and Cheese and fried smoked sausage for dinner. .

3 slices of French toast made with whole wheat challah bread and topped with sugar and a large mug of chamomile tea with a teaspoon of sugar.

Several in the neighborhood will gather here tonight to watch the Sugar Bowl.
We will have a host of finger foods, left over's from New Years, and a healthy supply of beer, soda, sweet tea, and coffee.


Eight of us are teachers and this will be our "last hoorah" before returning to the classroom tomorrow.

A hunk of salmon marinated with leftover Korean sauce and oven roasted, a couple of leftover crab cakes, roasted potato wedges, and Green beans & almonds from the bar at Whole Foods.
