Last night, we picked up taco salads, because I'd been out carding wool all day. My arms were tired! Tonight, though, I'm making chorizo frittata for dinner, with onion, bell pepper, and Cheddar cheese. Topping it with salsa and sour cream, because they make everything yummier.

Just us today - two games that are VERY important to us so no distractions!!!

Filets on the grill, sauteed mushrooms w/sherry sauce, twice baked potatoes made with cheddar and sour cream, rolls and I may have a hot fudge sundae after. Or depending on the outcome of the Green Bay/Atlanta game, I may weep quietly into a very large glass of wine.

I made a meat sauce with meatballs and pork, serving that over penne Rigate. Going to a local store to get some crusty Italian bread.

Well, that red snapper produced a lot more filets than I expected, so I ended up having some leftover chicken and cabbage last night, and then tonight I fixed the snapper & some asparagus since there were more around the table to feed. Still have enough fish for tomorrow night, too!

We had a big fancy dinner last night, so now the company is gone and we're having freezer findings. Chicken Parm with sauce and cheese and roll or two. Chocolate cake.

I want to mention the bag o salad with fixings we had last night. I usually don't buy convenience foods, because it think they're a ripoff. Why pay double for something I can easily assemble myself? Publix had BOGO salad with apples, nuts, blue cheese and dressing, so I bought them. Really good. One bag served 4 and I still have a bag for another day.
