Definitely White Castle. Nothing like a bag of "Belly Bombs" to set you right.

Breakfast tacos from when I lived in Austin. Cornbread, hush puppies, fried catfish, shrimp poboys from growing up in VA and living a long time in NC. And sweet tea.

I loved pork roll, too. I believe this is the same as "Taylor Ham." I know each started out as pig, but pork roll didn't taste at all like bacon to me. It was so good on a hard roll with scrambled egg and cheese.
No, but I've never been to Bedminster, or maybe I have since 78 cuts through it. Who's paying attention while on the way to Manhattan?

It's Taylor Ham in the North and pork roll in the South pretty much. The people I know in PA call it pork roll. Pork roll reminds me of the stuff we call Canadian bacon--which I really don't like. Sausage, egg and cheese on a hard roll. Don't even look at me if you're thinking about putting a condiment on that, and I mean that in the nicest possible way. Maybe some hot sauce.

Bojangles in North Carolina. I'm not a lover of fast food but their chicken biscuits & smoked sausage biscuits are delicious.

Surprised New Yorkers miss White Castle...............a company who started out in the Midwest and sold 5 cent hamburgers.

LOL - picture slimy chunks of grey and white suspended in a clear jelly. But it does taste good. The closest thing I can find in Dixie are pickled pigs feet (the kind that forms a jelly when refrigerated).
