Whole Foods: more flavors of Siggi's Icelandic yogurt than I have found anywhere else, including my fave, Peach, WF brand reduced sodium chicken broth, Catamount Hills Cheese, organic apples in great selection, dark chocolate, olives from their olive bar, sunflower seeds.

TJ's is not convenient to me, so I never go to my local one.

Fave item from Fred Meyer: deli fried chicken
Fave item from Safeway: Calrose brown rice
Fave item from Winco: Winco pickles

Just put together my 2nd pot of the Miso Potsticker soup and a nice change in the soup world.

I buy Siggi's yogurt too from WF and Brown Cow and Stonyfield. I just placed my 2nd delivery order with WF's as I've given up car.

to me, Publix is just another chain grocery store with some good variety. So, I can't say there is anything there I think of when I think of "Favorite" I have shopped at a couple when visiting kids in Florida. AS fro Whole Foods, our local one is 40 miles away. Again, not someplace I go to often and Trader Joe's, we don't have one: Keep hoping. I do have several favorite items they sell and have a wonderful daughter, who, when visiting from Florida always brings up some. They are the pecan/ blue cheese spread and the smoked Salmon spread. They also have great sour dough bread and it isn't as expensive as some sour dough breads.

Brought the TJ's Fearless Flyer Holiday catalog in from mailbox and it's a good thing I've got the TJ's out of my system from years of shopping there. They offer such interesting STUFF and lots of calories and carbs and STUFF my body does not NEED. But I had many years of shopping at TJ's. My neighbor still picks up deli prepared salads for me and often their eggs which are a great price. But I resist their sweets.
