Tonight, for me, likely a very simple dinner -- shredded chicken with some kind of sauce (knowing me, Thai sweet chili sauce!) and my usual veggies. Yesterday I simmered 4 chicken breasts for a few hours, then shredded them, so I have a couple of pounds of shredded chicken for various meals.

Christmas Eve dinner will be simple, I got the garlic cooked no tail shrimp at Costco yesterday, so we will have some of those & some garlic stuffed large olives, with garlic bread.

Alm, you had me craving some German cookies, so yesterday I went to World Market to buy a few packs, & they only had one kind left. I took it.

Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays to all.

Every Christmas we host a big party. So on Christmas Eve we usually go out to eat and then watch Christmas movies with just our little family.
Tonight we went to Juicy Seafood | Online Order Both me and my husband had the snowcrab legs in the bag. They were incredible! Both of my boys ordered the calamari dinner.

I will be too busy to post tomorrow so may I wish all of you a happy holiday no matter what you celebrate. Those of you who do not celebrate anything well I hope your day is peaceful and full of joy!
