Today we are having grilled corn salad, Persian cucumber salad, with grape tomatoes, and creamy avocado dressing. Grilled brats in beer and horseradish-mustard sauce. And yes, they are vegan and delicious.

Desert - What is left over of the blueberry almond crisp.

ETA - ALL of the above recipes are G Free and vegan. No I am not allergic to gluten, nor am I a vegan, but I try to eat along with my DH's very strict cardiac diet.

I'd be happy to share the recipes.

leftovers of the kale & sausage dish from a few days ago, and I'm trying out a new ice cream tonight -- key lime pie (using the old-fashioned sweetened condensed milk style recipe) with chunks of graham cracker crust mixed in. My first go at this and I'm hoping it's as good in my bowl as it is in my brain!

I'm leaning towards falafel (from mix), tzatziki sauce with cucumber, fresh herbs, in pita with tomato, lettuce and red onion. DH will have more Costco chicken and then I'll freeze the carcass. Maybe the last can of quinoa dolmas, been to Costco twice and they are out. But I kinda want to save them for camping.
