Another night away from the kitchen: spoiled brat has a doctors appointment at 2pm and it will take at least an hour. Our Bonefish has happy hour starting at 4pm and we have 2 gift cards, so we will try to keep ourselves busy until then. Dinner, even if we have to have it before will be there. Starting tomorrow I have to get back to the real life of cooking and cleaning up the dishes. Now, I am enjoying the time away from cooking. I love to cook, but everyone needs a break once in awhile
Tonight green and red Bell peppers halved and filled with potato dices,quark and herbs,served with Bauernbrot and a chilled Löwenbräu.For dessert dark red cherries or mango slices.
Red and green Bell pepper halved
Mix quark (or creamed cottage cheese),herbs of your choice (dill,parsley,chive),garlic cloves (and green onion optional) and a little bit of vegetable broth
add boiled and cooled potato dices
salt/black pepper for taste
fill the Bell pepper halves
Leftovers night. 1/2 Swiss Mushroom burger, some potato egg salad, couple ravioli and 1 popcorn chicken, finished my orange Crush drink.
Dessert: couple scoops of TH pistachio ice cream.
