A sincere and happy thank you to all who sent birthday greetings and best wishes. We still have steaks left from my birthday dinner so my husband is grilling them tonight with garlic butter, mushrooms and onions. I am making French fries and grilled corn. My father-in-law decided he wanted to make Italian Apricot Fool for dessert.
well tonight being happy hour night dinner has to be simple: but tonight we are not going to happy hour. As I had already taken the wings out of the freezer that will be our main dish. With that we are having purple beans and a tomato/onion salad with cucumbers in it I think I will keep it at that and not add anything else.
I'm having chicken chow mein with some fried rice.
