I'm cooking up some collard greens with smoked pork chops, Lebanon bologna potato salad, and some fried chicken. I'll try to post pictures when everything is done!

I hear you. We love lamb too, but it is so hard to find, & never at a decent price.
We are having pork steak, fresh green beans from the farmers market and yams. I think we will have a little fruit on the side, but not a full fruit salad.
