What's For Dinner? ~ 2020 Edition ~ (beer, hamburger, grilled, frozen)

The menu says fish, and chips, but a friend brought us 4 beautiful Anaheim chilies from her garden so I am thinking of stuffing them and having guacamole salad on the side.

Mojo marinated, grilled Cuban Style chicken with black beans and rice.

I am baking at the moment 2 vegetarian pizzas to freeze and 2 loaves of bread are rising.
Thinking to make pulao tonight serving it with a green chili and cucumber raita.To drink lassi or lemon water.For dessert banana and apple casserole dish.

My apple and banana casserole....
100 gram soft butter well mixed
3 to 4 small buns ripped in small pieces and soaked in milk and after they are soft squeeze just a bit the extra milk out
4 to 5 beaten eggs
6 to 7 peeled and diced Cortland or Macintosh apples OR 6 apples and 1 sliced banana
125 gram sugar
pinch of cinnamon
juice and rind of 1 lime or lemon ( more aromatic with a lime)

Hand mix everything well and put in a buttered casserole dish and bake for roughly an hour in 350 F oven.

not sure I have to going food shopping after work so by the time I get home which should 6 pm it will most likely be take away.

Don't judge, we're down to frozen Stouffer's meatloaf tonight with mashed potatoes and peas.

I have a turkey tenderloin, some locally made sausage and a pork steak in the smoker. Not sure which one is going to be supper yet! There will be a sweet potato and maybe some peas on the side.
