Ratatouille with bow tie pasta

Saute mild Italian sausage.
Saute sliced onions, cubed zucchini, sliced green peppers, sliced mushrooms.
Add canned italian diced tomatoes. Italian seasoning, garlic powder. Simmer for at least 15 -20 minutes.
Pour mixture over cooked bow tie pasta.
Add parmasan cheese.
Enjoy!

Fine dining in a semi-casual setting at Woodlands Grill in Dallas. I stopped in for some pan-seared trout with a lemon caper sauce (with stewed tomatoes), sauteed spinach, fried polenta, a stuffed artichoke, fried calamari (with cocktail sauce), and iced tea.
