I cooked up a storm this week and daughter made a drop-off yesterday. Choices and then to the freezer.
Daughter brought Greek meatballs and avgolemono soup, chicken curry and rice, old-style cardamom and cinnamon rice pudding cooked on top of the stove, smoked sausage soup.
I made elk and rice stuffed cabbage leaves, onion bread and potato soup.
Looks like a lot of hunker down in the winter comfort food!
