Grilling up a London broil and slicing it thin. I made a potato salad this morning and the husband is making spinach with garlic, onions and parmesan.

Smothered turkey thighs in the pressure cooker and homemade potato salad! I may make another side dish, but as of now that's it. Will post pics when I'm done.

Grilled chicken, potato packets on the grill and a spinach strawberry salad - finally starting to see California strawberries in our stores.

Sounds like Italian night around here.

We're following the ones who are using their Easter leftovers and I got an inspiration.

Ham, asparagus and Swiss omelet with Hollandaise sauce, cheesy hash browns and toasted brioche.

No calories in that! Lotsa cheese; lotsa eggs, lotsa salt. Uffdah. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uff_da

I'll smile all the way through it. Philosophy: if you can't do it guilt-free, don't do it!

Chef Daughter and I both said on Sunday that we are pulling out all the stops and then it's time to switch over to lighter Spring meals.

Made our own tuna wraps, finished the rest of my pink lemonade.

Dessert: 1 Ghiradelli dark chocolate mint.

Now just drinking water.

As promised!

Trust when I say that this is a case where the actual taste is far better than the picture might indicate I'm stuffed and now ready for bed!

Good night, my fellow foodies!
