Boiled up some more boneless pork for an hour, then added the sauerkraut for 20 minutes.... served along side homemade mashed potatoes... so good!

Rolling through very late...busy day with both babies here. So cute, but I am really loving the grama side of things!

I made a big pot of spaghetti. I chopped up mushrooms, zucchini, red pepper and onions and added that to the sauce. It was pretty good. I think the red peppers may have been a bit too sweet but I didn't have any green ones on hand. I am not a fan of sweet spag but it was decent. Had garlic bread on the side.

Hope you all have sweet food dreams!

Tonight will be vegetariana night - fried basmati rice (in just a wee bit of sesame oil) with some leek and carrots in a very yummie Chinese style.

Congratulations on two of you for another bright star---MM and Lacey!! Lookin' good.
I hope this is ok with Kelsie but ok I will share what she did for me.......as everyone here knows I have been in a bad funk for a bit now. I'm fighting it but it isn't easy but coming here has been a great help. Kelsie could see how down I have been and we started sending DM's to each other. Then a week or so ago she said she was gonna send me something to get me up and out of my sad place. She has written a wonderful Italian cook book--and yes, she sells it on her online web site. She sent me a copy as a gift! It is beautiful and so much fun to read. She has decided to make it her goal to get me to eat, gain back some weight and enjoy food again! Ha! What a thoughtful person and a very good friend!! I called her to thank her for the book and we talked for over an hour---throughly enjoyable!! Lots of laughing! So now I will be making some new meals and sharing them with everyone here! It will probably be the same ones Kelsie makes everyday! Ha! (I hope sharing this was ok with you Kelsie---I just really wanted to share!!!)
Tonight dinner will be the chicken that we didn't get last night!
