Oh in inches. I knew that all along. I would guess about 3/4 of an inch...Yummy...That is from the bottom of the crust to the top of the pineapple chunks....

Thank You Nomadicus.....I found the hanger steak on the chart you provided. When I looked it up.....it said it is a cut that requires marinating and careful cooking as it can be tough. It also said not everyone likes it as it can have the faint taste of liver.........now I like liver.....but not to get it confused with steak!

The pizza was very good. Going out to day with my mom for a doc visit. Time for her to get knee injections again. Stopping at a Cuban bakery to make sure we can get some good bread on the way home. We are planning on that charcoal roast pork I make for sandwiches again tonight. All bets are off if I can't get it. Wife is back to work now into the second week. Still doing one or two more PT visits and then she should be entirely like new.

Steak with chopped salad. I had that salad in San Diego and thought it was pretty cool. Something different. Chopped romaine, red onion, semi-dried tomatoes, cukes, cannellini beans, mozzarella. Sort of a meal in itself but the steaks are small.
