Tonight we're having salmon fillets. I season them with a little butter, a lemon wedge, a little salt, rosemary, basil, and parsley and wrap them in a foil pouch and bake about 20 minutes or so...delicious! We're also having salad and mixed vegetables with the salmon. I'll make a pitcher of Luzianne iced tea to drink. I'm not sure what I'll make for dessert. Maybe a lemon pie....that sounds good.
Tonight we're having spinach/cheese raviolis and pistachio ice cream for dessert.
