Grilled a slab of beef tenderloin, had with sauteed mushrooms, onion rings, and a nice California red. I don't even want to mow the calorie/fat numbers but it was goooooooooood!
Canneloni stuffed with a mixture of ricotta and my homemade pesto. Smothered in a creamy tomato sauce (not too much cream!). It's baking in the oven now. I'll serve it on a bed of baby spinach leaves, with a side of broccolini, and topped with grated fresh Parmesan cheese.
