Bowtie pasta with peas, bacon, and eggs mixed in. Sorta like carbonara. Easy and delicious and surprisingly, my non-pasta loving hubby had seconds!

Default The Agenda - May 30 - June 5

This week's dinner selections will include something new and exciting (I just hope it's good). I'll have things like wild mushroom agnalotti (which I've never tried before) with Prego, cheese toast, and meatballs. Also on the menu this week: eye of round roast, mashed potatoes, and mixed veggies in one meal; in another, baked tilapia with broccoli and cheese.

Have a great Memorial Day weekend, and bon appetit!
