I had meatballs left, but ran out of bread for subs.

I made 1/2 box of pasta, and stirred in the meatballs and sauce into it--but could only eat about half.

Left over turkey/peas pasta for my husband
Yearning for beef-very hot here so-lean-low sodium-Boars Head Roast Beef on whole wheat hero with swiss, tomatoes and mayo.

Seems that we also are on a left-over trend. Me ham steak, cauliflower and cheese sauce, salad and anything else that if still ok to finish off.
Tommorow we make the 140 mile round trip to get supplies and maybe I am a thinking fish tacos, or lamb chops...still cold nights here down to 25...really tired of the cold and want to get the veg garden going, I have plants in the outbuilding just waiting to get planted.

There was a coupon in the Sunday paper for Alexia side dishes and I cut it out. I forgot to look for it at the store today.

Worked againg today, helped friends move stuff out of storage, hot, hot, hot so we had hot dogs & waffle fries. Chocolate pudding for dessert.

Copycat .. LOL!! We had Angus () wieners chopped up in hash browns. Hint: we have fresh green beans & new potatoes and Corn on the cob lined up for tomorrow..
