After all the recommendations, we decided to go with FabriTech, which a large majority of folks here in Sandoval use. They did a great job, and we're happy with the result. I'm sure most of the folks who use other contractors are happy with their results too. Thanks to all for the help.

Ken in Sandoval

We had work on pool cage at our house in Nokomis done by Gulf Coast Aluminum
they took out the bottom rail so we could have pavers laid over the original concrete, replaced screws with the NyloTec ones (plastic coated/capped), and replaced the bottom section of screen with upgraded screen because of our pets...
We have mixed feelings...
the first crew they sent out did horrible job and came when they were not supposed to
That mess got us some free screening for the other sections but they just did a crap job unless the sales guy was there working as part of the crew...
lots of screws in our pool and pieces of screen and gasket strips---didn't get work done when they said they would--
don't think we would really recommend them since the quality of work just varied so much...

Default Cost lanai and brick pavers

Hi--just wondering if anyone has any idea on what the cost to install a screened lanai and brick pavers around 16 x 25 ft in Fort Myers. I'm just looking to an idea and basic range of cost. I too am looking at a home without a lanai. Thanks
Tara

16 x 25 in your area with pavers will likely run $11,000 - $14000.
