Let's see Lehigh hasn't changed since it's inception. It was a land scam back 50-60 year ago....and it is still a land scam now.

As a long time disgruntled ex-resident I am usually one to hate on all things Florida.... With that said I still own a house in lehigh. As a general rule, lehigh is not the place to be. However, there are several nice areas. Maybe only a few blocks wide. But they are nice. Neighbors even buy the property or two next door and put up a barn and fence it in. These pockets of nice homes constituents a small percentage of lehigh though. If a house seems really cheap chances are its for a reason.

KimFL,

Who ARE you and what do you do? You are EVERYWHERE on these forums and it appears generally on a soap-box bitching or fear mongering.

lolol Fear Mongering?? How about I'm telling the truth ....all anyone has to do is read the paper, watch the news and talk to any LEO and they will hear exactly what I'm saying....Lehigh is a dump and will always remain a dump unless they get rid of the trash that was shipped there when they shut down the public housing project.

And who I am and what I do is none of your damn business.

People of public housing project alone will not fill the whole Lehigh Acres,
What else besides the public housing project?

Can you use the method of elimination to prove your assertion that the rest of Lehigh Acres is also a dump? Show your data if you don't mind.

Go read the News Press, watch the local news and talk to any LEO in the county and you will find all the data you need.

I don't need to 'prove' anything....do as I suggested above and you'll have your proof.

Few days in a week, I would normally take a nape after lunch, then sit inside my house while watching the ripples in the pool in the back yard enjoying what a quiet afternoon the surrounding environment provides and yes, it is in Lehigh Acres.

It is good to hear what other people said. But, more importantly, It is what I personally experienced counts.

Yes I actually walk my dog in the evening here in Lehigh and talk to my neighbors who are all hard working and take pride in their houses. We don't live in a gated community or a HOA. It's all what I personally experience
