I don't, although it sounds like you can make them in the oven too? I might try pastes or jellies or hot sauce too if it's not too complicated.

Took pictures of my figs @Cambium, 3 days after the cold 36F morning. They look fine to me...

Harvests from the past couple weeks.

Bunch of different types of little peppers

New record size for Mountain Merit, which is not supposed to be a beefsteak and supposed to have a 8-10oz average size, so this is about 2.5x bigger than that.

This is why my freezer is getting full...

Picked a bunch more squash. Still a fair bit left out there that I'll allow to grow/ripen until the frost.

Hoping the pumpkin ripens (turns orange) for Halloween. Aside from that, I think it'll be more of an American Thanksgiving pumpkin than a Canadian Thanksgiving pumpkin. :P

More things from the past week or so

Picked peppers for drying

First rocoto pepper!

And the distinctive black seeds...

It's decently hot, but mild for a rocoto. I'd say hotter than a red Jalapeno, but still well milder than a habanero. Probably a bit milder than a cayenne too.
Rocoto seeds vs Aji Dulce (top right) and capsicum annuum (bottom)

Lotsa tomatoes and tomatillos.

Figs after being cut open - the big one was 99g (3.5oz), biggest of the season so far, a variety called Nordland. Very tasty. I'm hoping to get one more of the Nordland figs, and maybe a couple more of the Neverella figs (the yellow ones in the photo). After that, fig season is probably gonna be over.

Still got lots of green and part-ripe tomatoes I left on the plant. We'll see if they can make any progress, otherwise I'll pick those too to ripen indoors. Other frost-sensitive crops left to harvest:
-lots more squash + pumpkins
-lots of peppers, including many red ones I haven't gotten around to picking yet
-eggplants
-watermelons
-sweet potatoes
-yacon
-probably some zucchini, green + lima beans, cucumbers, roselle, tomatillo, figs, raspberries in smaller quantities... maybe even some passionfruit?

Forgot to post these from last week.

My biggest Mountain Merit tomato. 23.9oz. Normally it should be 8-10 oz, but I had a few very big ones this year.

Biggest Holy Italian pepper (marconi type) 5oz.

7oz bell pepper, my biggest so far, unfortunately started to rot. This variety (Early CalWonder) gets very big but prone to spoiling... Might get a couple more that aren't spoiled though.

Picked all the ripe peppers now that temperatures are cooling so they don't rot in the wet cold weather. That's 19 lbs, for a total of 77lbs of peppers for the season. Picked a few more things too. I'll take a better picture tomorrow when there's more light.

Tomato plants still look pretty healthy.
