From the list, I picked traffic. But I also don't like the over-development. In the '70s and earlier, there were a lot more open spaces.

In Chicago where I live: GENTRIFICATION (aka ethnic cleansing), the winters

In South Flordia/Miami where I may move: True lack of American culture/identity, lack of public trans., strip-mallish neighborhoods.

This one is easy. I can't stand having some of the residents of "Coto de Caza" only six miles from my house. This is where people like the "Real Housewives of Orange County" come from and they are annoying, fake, plastic, and idiotic. Coto is a place where 25 year old women with a boob job marry 85 year old men and it is gross. Fortunately my city and most of Orange County is not like this, but the minority that is happens to be VERY annoying to those of us who prefer to live normal lives.

The politics of the state as a whole. Don't get me wrong, I love California, but sometimes the 'progressives' in the state make me want to vomit.

Long Island/NYC Metro

- Weather. Winters could be a little more snowier, and summers could be a little more cool and less humid.
- Cost of Living. Its crazy high. 500k for a 1 bedroom apartment or a 3 bedroom house that might need work on Long Island.
- Traffic: It's not really that bad, but its still there. But its a large metro area so that comes with the total package
- Lack of things to do: Long Island is BORING! Maybe it's just because I am 17, but this place is seriously boring.
- Lack of open space.
- Suburbs look awful and unorganized compared to SoCal. You can actually have fun in the suburbs there.
- High taxes. 7k+
