Does Augusta or Savannah have any type of transit system? Which city would be likely to get light or heavy rail first? Or are they still too small for rail?

I don't understand why people believe all the wealth in the Augusta MSA is located in Columbia County, while a large percentage of the residents of Columbia County commute and have employment in Richmond County that does not directly equal wealth for Columbia County. If anything it should prove even more that the wealth rest in Richmond County because ultimately what county is receiving all the money from these high paying companies who employ Columbia County residents?

I understand that but this is what I mean, take the Kia plant in West Point for example, if the plant is in Georgia but the employees live in Alabama, what state really receives the most benefit?
