Why do we value the lives of those that don't deserve to be considered human? (wages, generation)

No you are wrong a lot of people would not do that - I for one would not. I truly believe that if anyone is this sick and are found guilty beyond reasonable doubt they are to be held accountable. Period. I am speaking from real life experience and I had no problems with my relative paying for the crimes he committed. It made me sad that he made the choices he made but I knew that he needed to pay for crimes he committed.
Uhhh... did you READ what I wrote? I said WRONGFULLY CONVICTED...meaning innocent but still found guilty. It happens, and a lot more than people care to think about.
We have laws to try and protect such people from the torch and pitchfork mobs, and to give them a second chance at justice.
Now, I ask again, if you or a loved one, were INNOCENT but WRONGFULLY CONVICTED, wouldn't you be wanting your chance to appeal?
By that I mean pedophiles, men that rape women, serial killers, child abusers, and the like. Is there ANY good reason why once found guilty these psychopaths aren't immediately taken behind the court house and shot like a dog with rabies? Why do we even give value to those that don't even deserve the right to exist or be considered human? Had Hitler only used his gas chambers for the likes of the above would anyone care?
Why should we seek to emulate the worst and cruelest people?
We don't rehabilitate it, we put it down to prevent it from harming again. Im all for an eye for an eye a tooth for a tooth. Wouldn't this be a deterrent for criminals? and if so wouldn't the crime rate go down?
No, harsher punishments have never been shown to deter other people from committing the same offense. Most serious criminals are sociopaths who believe that they will never get caught so the punishment is irrelevant. In other cases, crimes are committed spontaneously with no thought at all to the consequences. We should punish people because there needs to be a consequence for behavior and because in some cases the offender is too dangerous to be allowed to go free.
I have come to realize waaay back when that EVERYTHING in America is a business... The Govt, Our Justice System, Health Care, Foreign Affairs, etc... So that is how everything is handles..Like a business..Whether ti is right or wrong.... Although mostly wrong it seems....

Peace and love ?
People lose their way but like the old saying, "
Whoever is without sin among you, let him be the first to cast a stone at her."
Justice is always done, it's may not be within your timeframe, but it does happen.
Unfortunately, we live in a predator world.
What do you think this is "The Walking Dead"?
As soon as we, as Americans start executing our criminals, with out giving them a second chance at life nor redemption, we will be no better than them.
We value lives because we are human!
Besides, most of these judges, Police Officers and lawyers have more Skeletons in there Closet than most Criminals
Humanity owns these types of people. We must not lay blame but own the entire spectrum of our society for society is a reflection of our entire spectrum of values! (Or lack of)
You also have to be careful about people who label other people.................. Not the best of humanity there either.
Lets not turn a blind eye to these issues, lets solve these issues by assertive discussion and action.
I just don't understand why our justice system is all to happy to go after drugs, money launderers, extortionists etc. and make sure they spend DECADES in prison yet a woman/child can be beat/raped/molested and they are treated like jaywalking crimes.
Women don't matter
Children don't matter
That's the way systems all over the world operated for thousands of years. About 100 years ago slow, reluctant progress started inching along.
Question to those saying we are no better than them. Then do you think after WWII had Hitler been captured it would've been better to just keep him locked away till he died, or in ultimate poetic justice how would you feel had they captured him, interrogated and tortured him then put him in one of his own gas chambers and film him being gassed and dying and broadcasting it?
Also, hypothetically speaking let's say we did summarily execute every person in the U.S prison system convicted of the crimes I have stated above, morals and ethics aside, would it not be much better for everyone? MUCH fewer people to go re-commit their crimes, MUCH money saved from housing/feeding these wastes of flesh that could be used to go to those that are actually part of the human species, less prison riots, etc. etc.
