Perhaps you should grace us with an explanation of why "men raised by single mothers" are far more apt to be murderers than other men.
Because anyone raised by single mothers has less parental guidance overall. It's awfully hard fro a single mom to spend time doing homework, taking their kids to sports (if they can even afford them), being Cub Scout Moms, and generally being involved in their child's life when they are busy working to just keep the lights on.
PEOPLE (men AND women) raised by single parents are much more likely to get involved with drugs, get in trouble with the law, and drop out of school. Again, it's true for ALL kids raised in that situation, not just men.
And I wish Americans could begin to have honest discussions about why so many black men are killing black men - and to do so without immediately being labeled a racist.
Good grief, I sat and talked with 3 older black ladies for several hours about this VERY topic. It was a wonderful conversation, and I didn't even get screamed at once.
Black men tend to kill other black men. White men tend to kill white men. Latino men tend to kill Latino men. Because people are most likely to be killed by someone they know and/or are related to. Again, it's true for all races, and is not just true for black men.
Men are inherently more aggressive than women. In fact, most mammalian species are this way. Are you really surprised?

But here's the difference (one of many) between me and you: I know exactly what I'm talking about, regarding urban poor black violence, because I live there. I'm neighbors and friends with these folks. I live here. I've had friends shot and killed. I've gone to the hospital ERs and to funerals.
Unlike you, blacks aren't making excuses for black on black violence. They're royally POd by it.
