You know DavveyBoyy might have a point. If we're getting rid of outdated and obsolete Amendments let's get rid of at least part of the First.
We've already gotten rid of the part of the First that assures freedom of peaceable assembly. Without even bothering to amend the wording itself. We can ban speech, religion, or the press by fiat, as well, without changing the constitution.
