And those are responsible portions, which is what I'm trying to figure out, how do we get that to be normal. Right now, normal is sausage for breakfast, a burger for lunch, and a steak for dinner.
Do that 4 times a week, and you're eating 4 times as much red meat as one person is supposed to be getting for the week.
Where do you go to find out what one person is "supposed" to be getting. Insipid, creaping socialism (on-ramp to communism).
There is no easy answer. You could say education, but everyone is taught math in school and most people can't keep themselves out of debt. You can try guilt, but no one takes any of the cardinal sins (like gluttony) seriously. Discrimination? That's against the law.

Really, you can only take care of yourself.
I've noticed that there is a strong correlation between those who eat red meat and those that can take care of themselves. Those that eschew it (as opposed to chewing it) seem to be way to timid to look after themselves, worry about every little thing until they are in a frenzy, and are afraid of everything in life. Most turn to socialism (on-ramp to communism).

Source? Or are you just trying to make a off hand personal attack?

My source is in the post. It begins "I" has "have" in the middle, and "noticed" at the end.
Do you ever employ substance in your posts, or are silly tactics the sum total of your efforts?

Are you claiming to be an expert then? Have you a degree in nutrion? Are you a digestive doctor? Do you work for the FDA?
Or are you just making an uninformed, self centered position?
Almost everything today has some kind of high fructose corn syrup in it. Thus, most foods do have corn in it. Yes, even oatmeal, and several of the other things you listed.
Okay, you keep asking for documentation on everyone's claims, yet you don't seem to be giving any of your own. So here is some documentation... from the labels on the containers on my counter top (I've not altered them in any way):
Bob's Red Mill Scottish Oatmeal
Ingredients: Whole grain oats.
Now, could you please point out the corn or corn syrup in those ingredient lists please? True, I don't own every commercial brand of oats available, but so far your claim is zero for five. I fear that claim may be false. In fact, since your statement was inclusive, I know it's false. It takes but one counter-example to discredit it.

Yes, a sin tax. Typical. And who, exactly, would get this sin tax? A senator? President? Bureaucrat? And what would they do with this money? The Bahamas? Fiji?
How about we tax you for making unsubstantiated claims about oatmeal and I get the money? Just make sure it's enough for a trip to Patagonia, Tierra del Fuego, South Georgia Island, or Greenland. Thanks. I accept PayPal payments.

Yes, I have posted links to evidence I have posted. Others have not. I know "oatmeal" doesn't have corn products in it. But if you buy the ones with extras added onto it, like dinosaur eggs, or "brown sugar" flavor on it, have high fructose corn syrup.
Read the whole thread, then you'll see where I'm coming from. I'm tired of reposting my position, because people won't read what I've already wrote.
