Crudely well done.
The closer you are to the Grandstand bar and Natty's hill the less of an issue it will be for the view.

At 6 stories I don't see the new building blocking much of the view. The Marriot has 11 floors according to their website.

Nah, i replaced the "retail" bottom with windows from the building to see how high it is in stories, and it came up to 8.5 stories.

which is about this.

Looks like CN Hotels has closed a deal to build a Hampton Inn & Suites hotel in downtown Greensboro located near the Roundabout at Greene and McGee streets. This project is further along than I realized and it looks like two of the four planned downtown hotels have gotten the green light. Developer Roy Carroll is planning a six story Hyatt Place Hotel in a mixed-use mid-rise apartment project across the street from the ballpark,

"Jay Patel with CN Hotels confirmed the company closed a deal to build a hotel on the property, but he declined to give details about the project."
