I actually looked Jon's up the other day on Yelp. Wondered how they were doing as when I first lived in Greenville they were first rate. The pizza was very good.
But looking through the reviews something went askew and the place fell apart.
I searched the threads but couldn't find any previous reference, but in any case they're still closed and working on it.
Found this from early Feb. where they were delayed a week around Valentines Day. Boiling Springs and Spartanburg reopened. It's almost April. Maybe they reopened and closed again or something went wrong.
Denny's needs to open more restaurant locations in Greenville County.
Good Idea. Especially along 85 like Woodruff Rd (around Market Pointe/Greenridge) or Pelham/85. (The old Ruby Tuesday or old Applebee's building next to 85 and Calif. Dreaming are available)
I'm willing to give Denny's here another chance after their update/retraining. Service as well as proper staffing levels went way down hill at WHmptn and especially the Reidville Rd one in Spartanburg the other year. Considering Denny's has their headquarters in Spartanburg that was completely unacceptable.

Yes indeed they need more locations in the Upstate and particularly in Greenville County. Especially since their world headquarters is in neighboring Spartanburg.
And in the diner style category I still would like to see a Big Boy franchise return.
Apparently the last remaining Radioshack locations may be closing due to bankruptcy. Very sad to see. Apparently additional clearance sales are now underway, and some of the remaining stores may reopen as Sprint stores but no more Radioshack. Looks like Cherrydale and Greer are the last local locations that will soon close.
