I'm more interested in a "resort style" pool, but really just a place to read under an umbrella while the kids swim. I love, love, love River Shoals pool area for example, but.... not the schools it is assigned to. I think we're going to keep our appointment at Verdae (but just today they raised all of their model prices >< ) and also look into Copper Creek and Tuscany as SCguy recommended above. Too bad it's still not custom.

My husband will be commuting to the big TD complex across 85 from Verdae and the location is just *so good* too bad about the YMCA not being built yet.

In mid-July, we'll be looking for a rock star Builder's agent I suppose.

Rivendell in Anderson County has just what you're looking for, a resort-style zero-entry pool with a lazy river attached. Unfortunately it's probably too far away, but for whatever it's worth the schools it's zoned to are very good (TL Hanna feeder zone).
