I also don’t like limits in this area however as lots develop downtown, there will be no place to go but up since businesses and people want to be near Main Street. My concern is that the city will require too much open space, etc. I don’t like the large plaza type area in the rendering of the county building. It should be built up to the street to maximize development. We have the trail, Falls Park and the new Westside Park for this area. There are places that need parks and open space in this city but I don’t feel that this location is it. My opinion only though so...

10 stories on that hill still should be very visible especially if it’s office space.

You think so? 12 to 14 stories, I would agree but 10 stories, I don't know. I hope you're right.

I think so. 10 stories of office space would be right around the same height as the ONE phase 2 building with Brooks Brothers on the bottom floor. 150-175 feet. Don’t get me wrong though. I’d love to see taller than 10 stories on site also.

Like I said. It'll come when the time is right. It is what is. We can wait for that time or not. We do have a choice. I'll wait it out since I can't build one myself and I like the area.
