Tenji Japanese Cuisine is having its grand opening today in the former Travinia Italian Kitchen location at 1625 Woodruff Rd. next to Wendy's. The banner and Facebook page both say "All You Can Order Sushi, Only One Price," whatever that means. The web site (www.tenjisc.com) is Error 404: Not Found, but the Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Tenji-Japane...7302587362040/) is up to date. I hope this place manages to last longer than the previous tenant, Angelo's Greek & Italian Cuisine.
Couldn't find anything other than their hibachi lunch menu on their page, so they must still be working out the kinks on that.
The food looks amazing, if they have photographed their own food. Seems that if you do the all-you-can-order and leave anything there's a 15% surcharge. I wonder if I didn't eat something, and my BF finished my plate (which he always does) if that would still incur the 15% if we both got sushi. I would probably opt for 1 type of sushi anyhow.
I guess this is also a way that they can offer this, but to make sure no one is ordering another 2 items and trying to take it home for another meal.
Would be interested in hearing how the food was from someone who's been, and what the cost is on the AYCOS.
If one were to wear a clown costume to lunch, perhaps one might get away with sneaking extra nigirizushi, makizushi and temaki into the voluminous pockets.

I went for lunch last week, $15.99 for lunch during the week. You can order anything on the menu and as much of anything you want at the same time. As long as you finish your food there is no upcharge. If multiple people are sitting at the table they will just kind of bring everything out on big plates so there's no way for them to know/care whether it's you or your husband finishing the food. I went with a coworker and ended up eating probably 25% of her food, we left a bit of edamame on the table and weren't upcharged.
The food quality was actually quite good and since the place was new and the servers didn't seem to really have quite a grasp on the menu yet I imagine it will only get better. I had Spicy Tuna Rolls, Eel Rolls, Shrimp Tempura, Edamame, a Spring Roll, one dumpling, and dynamite rolls (these were really good).
In addition, Sizzling Steak Concepts plans to open the Up Rooftop Bar later this year. The 10,600-square-foot rooftop bar, with panoramic views of the city and mountains, is an entirely new concept for Sizzling Steaks. The restaurant and bar will offer a refined small plates menu, craft cocktails and beers, as well as a nice wine list.
