'Carolina Bauernhaus Brewery & Winery has announced it plans to open its second location at Poe West, a 60,000-square-foot mixed-use development in the heart of The West Village of Greenville at 556 Perry Ave.'
While having a Sidewall Pizza closer to my house near Five Forks will be nice, just adding to the traffic that has made that area less and less desirable to go to.
I must be the only person in the Upstate who just doesn't get Sidewall Pizza. It ranks right up there with Caesar's as far as I am concerned. I just don't get it
I didn't like Sidewall Pizza. I thought the Puck's Soda was disgusting too.
Sidewall has great salads and the best Margherita pizza in the area. It’s the crust that gets them my vote for best in town. Puck’s root beer is my favorite.

I enjoy it, but if I were to rank my favorite pizza places in/around Greenville, Sidewall wouldn't be in the top few spots.
I kind of look at it as its own thing. When I think "hey, let's go get pizza!", I'm considering places like Anthony's Pizzeria, Cucina 100, Napoli, etc. But then there are times when my wife and I think "hey, let's go to Sidewall!" because of the overall experience. The daily ice creams are a fun draw, they're generous with discounts (the $35 coupon book they had around the holidays is unreal), I actually do like the sodas they serve, the menu is different enough to set them apart, and I've always had good luck with the service there. I do prefer the TR location (and, to a slightly lesser extent, Pelham) to the one downtown, though.
Whats going in at the corner of 123 and Turner Hill Road headed out of Easley toward Greenville. A lot of dirt is getting moved. Its a 4.5 acre parcel so its too big for a gas station, thank god! Any ideas?

I love their crust! I usually get my pizza loaded with veggies and no cheese, and I truly don't miss the cheese. They have ice cream made with coconut milk, as well, which I treat myself to once a year with my free birthday pizza.
Construction has started on it at Highway 14 and GSP Drive.
What’s “it”? Sorry, you’ve probably mentioned it.
