Brickyard Automotive: Complete Auto Repair and Maintenance, a chain based out of Fairburn Ga, is gonna build its first South Carolina store in Pendleton Grove, Pendleton, SC in Anderson County.

Also, a Residence Inn by Marriott is being built by Paragon Hotel Company on 109 Interstate Blvd next to the Holiday Inn Express and Suites next to Exit 19A/B in Anderson.

Also, the Rosewood Center, a 500k sqft lifestyle center on 60 acres in Anderson across from Interstate Blvd at exit 19A/B that was supposed to be built in 2007, is now likely coming back. There is a new billboard with a new, updated 2019 Master Plan which is very much different than the 2007 master plan.
